Life in Hawaii

Students explore a Minecraft version of the island Oahu. The size of the island is much smaller than the real place, which allows players to quickly move from one famous point to the next. We have provided land and aerial vehicles to help with this. The only city on the island is Honolulu, due to its rich history, and it being the centerpiece for Hawaiian islands as we know them today.

Life in Italy

Students explore a Minecraft version of Italy. The size of the country is much smaller than the real place, which allows players to quickly move from one famous point to the next. We have provided vehicles to help with this. We took great care to recreate the exact shape of Italy, even down to many of the surrounding islands.

Washington D.C.

The Washington D.C. Minecraft world portrays the most important landmarks of the Capital of the United States. The buildings are faithful reproductions of the actual places. There are a few differences from the real place, for example, to my understanding the real Lincoln Memorial doesn’t actually move.
